Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 1845

Our Boy Scout troop is located in Richmond, Virginia in the Heart of Virginia Council. For those searching for a troop to join, we invite you to come by one of our meetings and see what we are all about.

We go on about 12 trips each year, including a week-long summer camp and a wide range of other trips which change from year to year. Trips include hiking on the Appalachian Trail, skiing, caving, biking, and camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Although our meetings are in Richmond, we travel all across Virginia to find the coolest adventure. And as far as advancement, we usually have about one to two new Eagle Scouts each year.

In speaking of trucks

I've looked into renting a truck for the mulch sale. So far UHaul looks pretty good, though if anyone knows of someplace cheaper I'm open to suggestion.
